The young elite of “LOHAS PIONEERING ASSOCIATION” came to Far East for exchange study on July 24th, received by Jiang Xipei, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd, Chen Jing, Investor and COO of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd(Smarter Energy. stock code:600869), Chen Haiping, Investor, Senior Director and GM Assistant of Far East Cable, Hao Hairui, Investor and CEO of Wuxi Far East Real Estate Co., Ltd, Shao Liang, Deputy Director of the office of the Board and Chairman Secretary, and Jia Hai, Director Assistant of Smarter Energy and Marketing Director of Far East Cable.
Visiting students visited Ultra-high Voltage Cable Factory of Far East Smarter Energy, the production line and the cable production process. Also, they gained a direct and thorough understanding of the development of wire and cable industry, history of Far East and the enterprise culture in International Wire and Cable Experience Museum.

During communication, Jiang Xipei said it was very glad to have a chance to communicate with vibrant youth, and he introduced them the development and managerial experience of Far East. Far East has experienced nearly 30 years of development, and the original intention of it was to change the life. However, with time passing by, their dreams are changed. What they hope now is to make their colleagues have a better life and shoulder more responsibility. Therefore, Far East can do all of industry, education and charity well. In the basic of industry, under the strategic layout of “Main business and Investment” and in the direction of becoming expert in global investment management and smarter energy, Far East insists on the combination of endogenous and epitaxial development. Education is an important guarantee for the development of enterprise, so Far East built itself as learning organization when it was founded to change the learning ability into competitiveness. Charity is an important way for Far East to hold social responsibility and repay the society.
