On October 27, Cheng Bi, executive president of Wanma University under Wanma United Holdings Group Co., Ltd., Shi Song, HRD of Zhejiang Wanma co., Ltd., Liu Yingqi, HRD of Zhejiang Wanma New Energy Co., Ltd. and Ying Lianjuan, vice director of Human Resource Department of Zhejiang Wanma Macromolecule Material Co., Ltd. visited Far East Holding Group and discussed such issues as development planning, talent cultivation program, resource system construction, operation system and resource support of corporate university. Chen Jing, investor, COO of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: Smarter Energy; Stock Code: 600869), Jiang Jing, investor and senior director of General Manager Service Department of Smarter Energy, Meng Xiangbo, director of Human Resources Department of Smarter Energy, Du Jie, investor and assistant to the Dean of College of Marketing of Far East University and Ren Lulu, investor and assistant president of School of Management of Far East University received the visitors.
Chen Jing Delivers a Speech at the Symposium
Chen Jing presided over the meeting and welcomed visitors. She also introduced three businesses of Far East Holding Group, i.e. industry, education and charity. Far East University plays an important role in educational business of Far East Holding Group. Far East University persists in talent training plan of “respect for talent, talent cultivation and training” and sets up courses and develops teaching materials according to actual circumstances. After five-year development, Far East University has a great number of teachers and abundant teaching resources. Taking returning society as its mission, Far East University gradually changes knowledge deposit into knowledge output and sets the development vision of “sharing culture and wisdom of Far East Holding Group”.

Cheng Bi introduced basic information of Wanma University. At present, newly established Wanma University only has School of Management. In the following one to three years, the School will be mainly committed to cultivating talents for Wanma Group and cultural management. He indicated that construction and development of Far East University have been improved. Wanma University would learn from Far East University and be constructed into an outstanding corporate university.
Leaders Make Exchanges
At the symposium, leaders of both parties discussed such topics as enterprise human resource management, knowledge management system of Far East University, course system of teachers and examination and evaluation dimension of corporate university. They also agreed to make joint efforts to build high-quality corporate universities. Visitors also visited the Science Museum of Smart Energy.

So far, Far East University has organized 617 trainings and contests for 38 types of work, recruited 32 enterprise teachers and 135 certified internal lecturers and developed 94 courses, laying a solid foundation for construction of talent training system of the company.
